If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your pets travel plan, you must do so within 14 days prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations completed 14 days prior will be provided a full refund. If you cancel after the 14 day cancellation period you will be subject to a 20% penalty of the total remaining balance. Keep in mind that travel slots fill up quickly. While we understand that circumstances change and things come up please try to be mindful that last minute cancellations may have been a spot for another fur friend. We will do our best to work with you and your situation.
