Also known as PPE, this form of ground service is a form of shuttle transportation for pets provided by Green Gecko Animal Transport. PPE is designed for families on a budget and is designed to save you money. The service is based on the ride sharing concept. Your pet(s) (depending upon size) will share a ride with another pet owned by one other family. If your move is based upon budget this may be a great option for you and your pet and also provides a “Travel Buddy” for your fur baby. However, if this option isn’t right for your situation and you prefer more of a “solo” mission please refer to one of our other luxury travel services.
Flight Companion by Green Gecko Animal Transport is a flight service for pets under 20 lbs. Your pet can fly with one of our experienced transporters anywhere in the world. Most importantly, your pet will NEVER be placed in the cargo hold area underneath an airplane! In addition to handling the flying process for your pet. Your transporter can meet you with your pet at the airport once landed (Primarily baggage claim area or a designated pick-up location directly outside of the airport for arrivals. We can also transport your loved one to a previously specified meeting location away from the airport for an additional cost. Flight Companion services are available both Domestically and Internationally.
As a V.I.P. transport client in the care of Green Gecko Animal Transport, your pet(s) will be provided with the highest level of care during their travels. V.I.P. is a premium service. You will have the ability to choose whether your pet(s) are crated during their travel, or at your request, your pet may have the option the travel crate free. Your pet(s) will be the ONLY traveler(s) during their ride. Although every travel situation is different, each case will be evaluated based on the needs of the family. Our goal is to make your pets’ travel experience as comfortable and as stress-free as possible during their ride. All pets will be driven in a newer model vehicle that accommodates their transportation needs, OR you will have the option to have your pet transported in your personal vehicle. To ensure that your pet receives the care and attention they require throughout their trip, and depending upon the distance traveled, your pet will be provided with breaks during their travel. Your pet will have an opportunity to stretch their legs, use the bathroom and walk and/or play in a designated, private fenced play area when available (with owner consent). Should you have specific instructions for your pet during their travel, those instructions will be accommodated as able.
Traditional ground shuttle service is designed to save you money. This service is based on the concept of ride sharing with 2 or more pets from another family. Your pet(s) will share a ride, crated separately, with pets owned by 3-5 other families. It is a 2-driver ground transport operation, provided in a larger spaced transport van. Pets who use our Traditional Travel service will all be transported on the same route. Meaning, each pet transported shares the same, or a similar route to yours.
If budget is a factor and you are comfortable with sharing your ride, this may be a great option for you. However, If the possibility of traveling with more pets might be overwhelming for you or your loved one, you may be interested in Paired Partnered Express (See PPE), which offers travel service with no more than 2 pets total (Including your own) and equally as budget friendly.

You will receive pictures during their travel and will have access to their location through tracking devices accessible by mobile phone. If at any point during transit, your handler notices any changes in behavior or illness related to your pet you will be contacted immediately. Your pet will be transported to the nearest veterinary clinic/hospital for evaluation.
